At Westco, we know that a strong team is built on more than just the work we do every day.
For our recent Staff Day, we brought together the teams from across all three companies — Westco Foods, Westco Cooling and Westco Tones — to take a break from our usual routines and enjoy a day together. Over a shared lunch and an afternoon of team-building activities, we had the chance to connect with colleagues, strengthen relationships across the Group and enjoy a little friendly competition.
It’s the people behind Westco who make what we do possible, and days like these remind us of the value of coming together as one team.
